HOMESTAY
Living with a friendly Australian family is the most popular option. On average, homestay families live within 60 minutes by public transport from the school, depending on traffic conditions. Homestay includes 2 meals - breakfast & dinner from Monday to Friday, 3 meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekends.

Spacious and bright house. This fully renovated property features multiple common areas. It boasts both front and back gardens, perfect for enjoying a nice coffee outdoors with your housemates. The house features four bedrooms and one full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, and there is a dining area with an extendable table for gatherings with friends. The laundry room includes all the cleaning supplies you may need.
Broadbeach
This spacious two-story house offers stunning canal views, with three bedrooms upstairs and a studio on the ground floor. Ideal for adventure lovers, it includes two kayaks for exploring the canal with friends. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for enjoying outdoor living.

Benowa House
Benowa house is highly comfortable and convenient for international students coming to the Gold Coast to study and work. It is a safe and clean home away from home. All flat mates are all studying English and various courses. The house includes a kitchen, upstairs kitchenette, laundry, outdoor deck, pool and garden area, 2 lounge areas, 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite bathroom.

In each Capsuleaccom Bed Space, they are meticulously crafted to maximize your comfort, featuring soft bedding, ample storage, and convenient amenities within arm’s reach. Our capsules offer an ideal balance between privacy and affordability. We provide a cosy living area, shared kitchen, well-equipped bathroom and a private locker. Complimentary Breakfast and Dinner is provided daily. Breakfast consists of coffee, cereals, bread, toast, spreads and occasional fruits. Dinner consists of a main course only.
The students interact freely and study at common area with friends. There is no study desk in the capsule bed and twin bed room.
