Living with a friendly Australian family is the most popular option. On average, homestay families live about 40 to 60 minutes by public transport from the school. Homestay accommodation includes breakfast & dinner from Monday to Friday, plus lunch on weekends.

SHARE HOUSE

This Share House option is similar to AirBnb - you will be staying in a home with other international students from different schools and the homeowner will be living in the home with you. No meals are included in this option. On average, the hosts live about 40 to 60 minutes by public transport from the school.

· Availability is guaranteed with payment at least 6 weeks before check in and flight ticket at least 3 weeks before check in (not including peak months)
· Address will be confirmed 1 week before check in, when the confirmation is sent
· A suburb can be requested as a special request however it is never 100% guaranteed (subject to availability) 2stay will do their best to accommodate the special request.

Please note for check in after 9pm - APU is mandatory as self-check in is not allowed past 9pm at 2stay properties.

. For Visa delay - any last-minute notice under 2 weeks - 2stay may charge a fee which will be determined at time of notice on a case by case basis

. For any modification to an old booking, that was booked before any price increase - 2stay will charge the new prices for the booking. This may also apply for visa delays (for visa delays - it will be assessed on a case by case basis)

PLEASE NOTE: If the booking is cancelled after arrival, no refund will be given. Rent will be charged (for the entire minimum stay period) as well as the placement and airport transfer fees.

For 2 weeks notice: Full value of Placement fee and a fee of 1 week rent will be charged

If the booking is cancelled with or within two working days prior to arrival, the full value of placement fee plus two weeks’ rent will be charged.

Urgent cancelation cases will be checked with a4s on a case by case basis - above is their general cancelation policy.

The hostel features private and dormitory rooms, a TV lounge with a pool table, and a fully equipped communal kitchen. Please Note

· Minimum length of stay: 6 months
· 4 weeks bond must be paid within 1 week after we have made the booking - it will be refunded upon checkout considering there are no damages to the studio

-Once full upfront payment is received from student or agency - IH is required to send two weeks deposit to Y suites to confirm the room, once booked. These two weeks are non - refundable unless visa is rejected (Visa rejection document must be provided) Y Suites requires at least 2 weeks' notice for cancelation. Any notice under that - the 2 weeks deposit may not be refundable. Each case will need to be checked on a case by case basis
